On November 6th, The Honourable Kent Hehr, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, joined Veterans, members of the Royal Canadian Legion, local officials and citizens for a wreath-laying ceremony at the Hudson cenotaph, in Quebec.
