The Battle of Britain

Within this Book are recorded the names of those gallant Canadian Airmen, who, fighting in the stricken skies of Britain died to defend and save a sanctuary of our ancestral freedom. Their motherland, remembering her young sons, rejoices that such men once lived, & will forever grieve that they died so young.

"Born of the sun, they travelled a short
while toward the sun,
And left the vivid air signed with their
honour."
