Location:

Courcelette is a village about 8 kilometres north-east of Albert (next to the main road D929 Albert-Bapaume). The REGINA TRENCH CEMETERY lies about 1.5 kilometres north-west of the village. The REGINA TRENCH CEMETERY (signposted in the centre of Courcelette) is 1.5 kilometres down a single track lane (suitable for cars).

Microform Sequence 23; Volume Number 31829_B016732. Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 167.  Page 697 of 900. Originally buried West of Courcelette, 4 ¾ miles North North East of Albert. His body was subsequently exhumed and re-interred in Regina Trench Cemetery after the Armistice, as part of the concentration of graves process.
