2024 VAC National Client Survey

Phoenix Strategic Perspectives Inc. will conduct the 2024 National Client Survey on behalf of VAC, this July until September. If you receive a call for this 25-minute survey, please consider taking part. You will have multiple options how to complete the survey, including by telephone or online. The survey is available in both official languages.

Disability pension corrective payment

If you received a Veterans Affairs Canada disability pension or certain related benefits between 2003 and 2010, you are eligible for a corrective payment because of a discrepancy in our calculations during those years. Most payments to recipients are automatic.
