My VAC Account Public Opinion Research 2024-25

Thank you for your willingness to share your feedback on My VAC Account. Phoenix SPI, a Canadian research firm, is conducting virtual (online) focus groups on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada.

Those wishing to take part in a focus group can complete a questionnaire by following the link below. Phoenix SPI will select applicants to take part, and then inform all those who applied. We thank everyone for their interest.

The virtual focus group will last up to two hours. Your participation is voluntary and confidential.

Disability pension corrective payment

If you received a Veterans Affairs Canada disability pension or certain related benefits between 2003 and 2010, you are eligible for a corrective payment because of a discrepancy in our calculations during those years. Most payments to recipients are automatic.
