VAC’s Public Service Health Care Plan Relevé 1 Tax Slip Issue
VAC has become aware that inaccurate contribution amounts were reported on the 2025 Relevé 1 tax slips (RL-1) for VAC’s Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) members who resided in Quebec as of 31 December 2025. To address this time-sensitive issue, revised RL-1s will be sent directly to Revenu Québec, and to each affected member in the same method that the original RL-1 was sent.
The amended RL-1 should be used when completing your income tax return. If you have already filed your return, you will need to submit a completed Request for an Adjustment to an income tax return form through Revenu Québec’s online portal.
