Photo of Daniel Chapman – Sergeant Daniel Chapman Emigrated from Leyton, UK in 1913. Found employment in Detroit area but returned to Windsor and enlisted in October 1914. Wounded September 15, 1916, at the Battle of Flers-Courcelette during the Somme offensive. Died at No.24 General Hospital, Etaples on September 24, 1916. Interred at Etaples Military Cemetary.
