Born in London, Ontario. Son of the Hon. W. P. R. Street Judge of High Court, Ontario), and Eleanor, his wife, of 10, Mackenzie Avenue, Rosedale, Toronto, Canada. Gazetted 1898 Lieut. in Hampshire Regt., served in India and the South African Campaign, resigned 1906. Gazetted Capt. in Sherwood Foresters, Oct.1914.,
