1. The Department has defined a project management and system development methodology which is consistent with agile principles and practices.

2. Guidance and reference material has been developed to define and support agile methodologies in the Department.

3. Project governance, oversight, and reporting is effective for agile projects.

1. Agile project and system development activities are aligned with best practices and digital standards, commonly understood, and functioning effectively.

2. Skilled resources are in place to implement agile practices, including effective training and development.

3. Agile projects are prioritized and successfully delivered to meet business requirements.

3. To provide assurance on effective change management practices and organizational support

1. Business users are included in project and system development activities and decisions.

2. Change management processes are responsive and flexible to changing priorities and agile development.

3. Digital literacy and adoption is promoted across the Department.

4. IT capacity and services are aligned to support agile practices and enable timely delivering of required solutions.
