3. To provide assurance on effective change management practices and organizational support

- Business users are included in project and system development activities and decisions.

- Change management processes are responsive and flexible to changing priorities and agile development.

- Digital literacy and adoption is promoted across the Department.

- IT capacity and services are aligned to support agile practices and enable timely delivering of required solutions.
