The Port de Grave War Memorial was constructed in 1951 in memory of those who served and paid the supreme sacrifice during the First and Second World Wars. It was erected by the members of the First World War Veterans' Association, Port de Grave Branch, and the citizens of Port de Grave, Bareneed, and Otterbury.
