The Lewisporte War Memorial was constructed in memory of the soldiers who have protected our country during the First and Second World Wars. This memorial was erected by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 31. Each year on November 11th, the Town of Lewisporte and the local Legion Association hold a Memorial Service.
