This memorial is dedicated to the men and women of North Sydney who served in the Armed Forces during the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War as well as peace time. It was erected by the citizens of North Sydney on the 60th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion Armstrong Memorial Branch 19.
