THIS PLAQUE WAS ERECTED TO COMMEMORATE ALL NAVAL, ARMY, AIR FORCE AND CIVILIAN PERSONNEL WHO SERVED AT YARMOUTH AIR BASE IN THE WAR 1939 - 1945 TO MAINTAIN OUR DEMOCRATIC FREEDOM.
