The Barker's Point Cenotaph is dedicated to Veterans of the First and Second World Wars. It was erected by the Village of Barker's Point which has amalgamated with the City of Fredericton. It is 213 cm high by 157 cm width and 157 cm depth. The cenotaph was previously located near the intersection of Watters and Riverside Drives, before being moved to its current location in October 2019.

In October 2020, the cenotaph was refurbished and the Veterans Memorial Park completed through labour and funding from the City of Fredericton and Veterans Affairs Canada's Community War Memorial funding.
