Plaque of brown wood, lettering is in gold.   At the top there is a union jack and a red ensign flag, at the bottom there is a maple leaf. This plaque hung in the Second Baptist Church of Lutes Mountain (Lutes Mountain United Baptist Church) and currently hangs in the schoolroom of the Lutz Mountain Heritage Museum.

Inscription

Marked in gold lettering: "Pupils of Lutes Mt. School erected this tablet in memory of Fellow Pupils who were killed in the Great War."
