Notice:

The National Inventory of Canadian Military Memorials is a public, crowd-sourced registry that helps Canadians learn about memorials in their communities. Inclusion in the Inventory does not imply VAC ownership or authority. Responsibility for the care, management, and any changes to a memorial rests with its owning or governing organization.

The monument, erected in 1964, is made up of two white concrete walls of different dimensions. The smallest has a polished granite identification plaque in the middle, 1.6 m above the ground. The largest wall was perforated at the same height as the plaque. The upper portion features a black painted steel cross in the shape of a sword. There are small stone walls on either side. Everything rests on a stone platform.
