This monument, composed of a naval anchor and a cement base, was presented to Canadian Forces Base Montreal in 1985 by the naval personnel from 2 CFTSA to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Canadian Navy. This section of Canadian Forces Base Montreal (St-Hubert), was handed over to Ciné Cité in 1997. The anchor was removed.
