When St. George's Anglican Church was enlarged in 1921, a memorial window was unveiled by Lieutenant Governor H. O. Cockshatt and dedicated by Bishop Clark to those from the congregation who died in the First World War. The window depicts an angel holding a wreath, the crown of life, and a knight who persisted unto death.

Inscription

BE THOU FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH AND I WILL GIVE THEE A CROWN OF LIFE

TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN PROUD MEMORY OF
THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR, 1914-1918
