This memorial was constructed in memory of First and Second World War veterans from the townships of Tiverton, Bruce and Kincardine, who did not return home. The construction was finished August 4, 1989, and it was erected by the Tiverton & District Lions Club.

The cobblestone wall memorial features a cross in the center of the wall, flanked by two plaques.
