The memorial is a gift of the Royal Military Colleges Club of Canada. It was unveiled in 1976, and is dedicated to Alumni of the Royal Military College of Canada. The bronze statue known affectionately as `Brucie` depicts a standing figure of a cadet named `Truth, Duty, Valour` by Elizabeth Bradford Holbrook.
