This sculpture, “AIR DEFENCE GUNNER”, depicts an Air Defence Gunner holding a seven-round, 35mm ammunition clip he is about to load into the rack of the twin barrel Low Level Air Defence gun mount. This sculpture was unveiled in March 2013 by the Royal Military College of Canada, and is dedicated to current and past members of the Royal Canadian Artillery (Air Defence).
