This memorial is dedicated to the alumni, cadets, and staff of the Royal Military College of Canada; in particular those affiliate with the Royal Canadian Armoured Regiment. The Centurion Tank Mark 5 was unveiled in the immediate WWII era, when the Royal Military College installed Armoured Fighting Vehicles on the College grounds. The Centurion Tank Mark 5 was presented to the Royal Military College by the class of 1979, and refurbished with the financial support of the Ex-Cadet Club 2010.
