This memorial is dedicated to the memory of all First and Second World War veterans born and / or raised in the James Bay area. It was erected October 3, 1999. The monument is 6 feet high, 4 feet wide and 16 inches in depth.

The First Nation Veterans of James Bay logo on front and back (centred) and LIONS CLUB logo (biggest donator) on back of monument.
