This stained glass window was dedicated in 1922 to the memory of the 500 members of the 36th Peel Regiment who died during the Great War. The Church of the Epiphany was located at 1515 Queen Street West until it was sold on 11 June 1983 to the Our Lady of Lebanon Parish.

500 OFFICERS AND MEN OF THE 36TH PEEL REGIMENT WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES
IN THE GREAT WAR (1914-1918) AND TO RECORD THE SERVICE OF OVER 3200 OTHERS WHO PASSED THROUGH THE
REGIMENT FOR ACTIVE SERVICE IN VARIOUS UNITS OF THE CANADIAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCE. "PRO ARIS ET FOCUS."
