The Frist World War Sedilia are a bank of three seats used by the clergy and servers. They are located on either side of the Altar and on the back of each is a set of three panels.
The left sedilia has the Canadian Coat of Arms in the middle panel. Its Latin inscription translates to "Before the allotted time, and far from home, they died, but died as soldiers for their fatherland." The right sedilia has the heraldic device of the Cathedral in the middle panel. Its Latin inscription translates to "A fair and fitting thing it is to die for the fatherland."
