A plaque dedicated to Glenmount Methodist Church parishioners who gave their lives in the First World War was unveiled in front of the sanctuary.
The church was located at 2029 Gerrard Street East. The congregation joined the United Church in 1925. In 1984, the congregation amalgamated with Rhodes Avenue United Church to form Glen Rhodes United Church in the Rhodes Avenue building. In 2018, Eastminster United joined with Cosburn United and Glen Rhodes United to become East End United Regional Ministry.
