On November 13, 1921, a bronze tablet was unveiled in honour of 17 members of the Boys Bible Class at Victoria Presbyterian Church who were killed and 134 members who served in the First World War. It was unveiled by Harry Hodges, one of the first from the congregation to enlist. The church at 142-158 Annette Street was closed in 2006 and it is not known what happened to the tablet.

Inscription

“In honor of the 134 members of Victoria Boys’ Bible Class who served in the Great War, 1914-1918, 17 of whom made the supreme sacrifice.”
