It is not known when the Second World War Tablet was erected in Old St. Andrew's United Church (previously Old St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, formed in 1876). In 1950, Old St. Andrew's and Westminster-Central joined as St. Andrew's United Church at the present site on Bloor Street, and the Old St. Andrew's site was sold.
