On October 3, 1920, a memorial tablet was unveiled to the 27 men from the congregation of Old St. Andrew's Church who made the supreme sacrifice in the First World War. The service was attending by Brigadier-General Ross, CB, CMB, who had charge of a unit in the first contingent. The tablet was unveiled by tow Highlanders in uniform.
