In 1920 the stained glass window on the east end of the church was dedicated to Reverend Fanning-Harris, who was wounded on September 16, 1916 during the violent Battle of the Somme in France, while the chaplain was conducting a burial service for a soldier. He passed away on May 4, 1917. The window was paid for by contributions from Church parishioners and overseas Chaplains.

On the west wall, an honour roll lists the names of the 134 parishioners who served in the First World War: crosses mark the names of the 22 men who were killed. A second honour roll on the south wall commemorates the 92 parishioners who served in the Second World War: crosses mark the names of the six men who never returned.
