Erected by the Woodfibre Branch of the British Empire Service League (No. 181) in the 1950s, this memorial is dedicated to those who died in the service of Canada. The new Legion Cairn was built in 1981 by Legion Members and is maintained by them. The stone was the original from Woodfibre, which joined with the Squamish Branch, in 1974. The Stone was brought to the Legion after the Old Hall at Woodfibre was torn down.
