In typical fashion throughout a military career you bounce around a lot but essentially the majority of my career I spent with, well it was 4th Air Defence Regiment at the time, here in Gagetown. It is now changed to 4th Artillery Regiment General Support. What I did in the past, I was an air defender so I worked on several different types of air defence weapons systems from radar to a gun system to a missile system and then the regiment kind of took on another role which involved drones so I became a drone operator/mission commander. Where I am at in my career now I am kind of the guy who kind of oversees my troops being involved in those drones so I am no longer the hands on, working the stick or anything like that, working the eye in the sky or whatever but I am the one who is administering and making sure that my guys get the proper training, my guys are getting the courses required and all that kind of stuff.
