This memorial, erected in 1995 by the Royal Canadian Legion, branch no 36 (Joseph Keable, VC, MM) and by the cenotaph foundation for lost sailors, is dedicated to the 15 sailors from the Bas-St-Laurent who died at sea during the Second World War.

Description of the 4th photo: Joseph Keable VC Branch in Rimouski, Quebec, commemorated the Battle of the Atlantic with members of HMCS Iberville. Shown at the Rimouski cenotaph are (from left) Pierre Parent, Valmont Bouchard, Eric Girouard, Jacques Guay, Maurice Allard, Raynald Tremblay, Roger Tremblay, Serge Quenneville, Jean Thériault and Gilles Dionne. The source of this photo is unknown.
