The first plaque is dedicated to the personnel of Abitibi Power & Paper Company Limited and its branches who died during the Second World War. The plaque was located in the Abitibi Power & Paper Company Limited building at 1 Du Moulin Street until the building closed. It was recuperated by the city in the fall of 2010 and installed on the cenotaph.

The second plaque honors the citizens of Beaupre who served in the First World War, Second World War and the Korean War.
