This memorial was unveiled in honour of the members of the Chalmers Presbyterian Church who served in the First World War.

The memorial consists of a large upper plaque on which are inscribed the names of the members who died in the First World War and four lower plaques on which are inscribed, in columns, the names of those who served during the First World War.
