Deer Lake Cenotaph

Deer Lake, Newfoundland & Labrador
Type
Other

The Deer Lake Cenotaph was erected by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #3 in 1960. It was damaged beyond repair in September 2019.

The legion is building a new memorial to include Modem Day Veterans and Currently Serving Military Personnel. The design will remain the same to retain as much of the history of the cenotaph as possible and is expected to be completed in 2022.
