the British Columbia Regiment
(Duke of Connaught's Own)
on this occasion of
the fortieth year of
liberation of the Netherlands
by the Canadian Army.
It is an expression of
deep gratitude and thanks
from Vancouver region residents
of Dutch descent to those
who fought so gallantly and
died for the cause.
