On March 30, 1919, Sergeant F.G. Gower unveiled an Honour Roll that was designed by J. Whitely to honour Fairbank Presbyterian Church parishioners who gave their lives in the First World War. A welcome was extended to the 55 young men who returned from the war, with not one injury among them. The church at 1162-1200 Eglinton Avenue W was closed and it is not known what happened to the Honour Roll.
