It is not known when the Windermere Avenue Methodist Church First World War Honour Roll was unveiled. Windermere Avenue Methodist Church was founded in 1912. In 1925, it entered the United Church of Canada becoming Windermere Avenue United Church and in 2023 the congregation amalgamated with Runnymede United Church.
