This plaque was erected in honour of Danforth Avenue Methodist Church parishioners who died in the First World War.
Danforth Methodist became Danforth United in 1925. Danforth United changed its name to Eastminster United after amalgamating with North Broadview United Church in 1966. A further amalgamation occurred in 1984 when the congregation of Donlands United joined. In 2018, Eastminster United joined with Cosburn United and Glen Rhodes United to become East End United Regional Ministry.
