There is no information on when the First World War Plaque was unveiled at St. Columbia Presbyterian Church. The church was founded in 1890 as Wychwood Park Presbyterian Mission and renamed St. Columba Presbyterian Church in 1918. In 1925, the congregation split when the United Church of Canada was formed. Some moved into the United Church of Canada which continued as St. Columba United Church and others left to form Wychwood-Davenport Presbyterian Church. In 1966, St. Columba United merged with St. Clair United to form St. Matthews United Church.
