This memorial is dedicated to the members of Immaculate Conception Church who fought in the Second World War. The Church of the Immaculate Conception was constructed at Allanburg in 1870. A few years later, he church was physically moved to Port Robinson transported by barge through the Welland Canal. Sources differ on whether this unusual feat was accomplished in 1876 or 1878. The church was closed in 1998 and years later torn down.

The Honour Roll is currently in the archives of the absorbing parish, Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Thorold, Ontario.
