This memorial, erected in November 1988 by the Royal Canadian Legion, is dedicated to the local war dead and veterans of the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War.

AND KOREAN CONFLICT

THEY SHALL NOT GROW OLD AS WE THAT ARE LEFT GROW OLD AGE SHALL NOT WEARY THEM NOR THE YEARS CONDEMN AT THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN AND IN THE MORNING WE WILL REMEMBER THEM
