St. Merryn Cemetery
In the years following World War II, many Canadian military members served with units of the British Military. As was the situation with the Canadians serving in continental Europe, there were deaths among its members - many from training accidents. St. Merryn is a village in the County of Cornwall located near the town of Padstow off of highway A389. The burial ground is situated next to the Church of St. Merryn, a church which was built in the 13th century and which today is still being used by its Anglican congregation.
