Son of Volney Ray Ingalls and Marion Hazel Campbell, of Cowansville, Québec. Baptized Keith Campbell Ingalls on 11 September 1927 at the Anglican Church in Frelighsburg, Québec.

He served with 7/11th Hussars – NPAM – in Cookshire, Québec, service number 6079, from 29 June 1939 to 11 July 1939, for a Basic Training session.

YOKOHAMA WAR CEMETERY Japan

YOKOHAMA WAR CEMETERY is 9 kilometres west of the city on Yuenchi-Dori, Hodogaya Ward, which branches left off the old Tokkaido highway. The nearest railway station is Hodogaya, 5 kilometres to the north on the JNR line but the cemetery is easily reached by bus from Yokohama station.
