  • Letter– Letter written by Air Craftsman 2nd Class (AC2) R. L. Seeley, dated 25 March 1941, while at 2 Manning Depot, Brandon, Manitoba, requesting permission to wear on his RCAF uniform the ribbon of the Royal Canadian Humane Society Bronze Medal.  He states that he was awarded this medal for pulling to men out of a submerged car.  Permission was in fact granted.
