Son of Herbert Tolver. Brother of Charles, Gordon, James and Henry, Margaret, Mrs. J.G. Gabriel, Mrs. J. Eplen, Mrs. W. Dove and Mrs. H. Grover. Pte Tolver worked in construction and on a farm prior to his join the service. He enjoyed playing baseball, softball, hockey and pool.
Commemorated on the Wall of Remembrance.
