The Korea Veterans Association Memorial was designed by the Executive of Unit 15 Niagara Region in 1992. It was constructed by Korean War Veteran Gerry Barrett and has an image of a soldier with both hands resting on his rifle which is in the downward position.

Commemorative plaques were added to the benches near the memorial in 1995 and 2005.
