This brass plaque is dedicated to the memory of Brigadier Noel Osmond Carr, C.B.E. Among other appointments, Brigadier Carr was Deputy Master-General of the Ordnance at National Defence Headquarters from 1940 to 1941. This memorial was erected by his wife.
