At Glebe Collegiate Institute (GCI), students have created the poignant project "Walking Them Home," an initiative dedicated to honouring the former students and staff who bravely enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces during the Second World War and subsequently lost their lives in service.

The Navan Remembrance Day Services at the Navan Cenotaph at the Navan Memorial Centre & Arena.

This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.

On November 8, 2025, join us at the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa for an unforgettable evening of music, tribute, and connection. This is a night where we come together to honour the brave women and men of the Canadian Armed Forces, first responders, and their families.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, Veterans Affairs Canada will host a Veterans' Open Mic at Overflow Brewing Company, 2477 Kaladar Avenue, Ottawa from 13:00 until approximately 16:00.

Remembrance Ceremony with traditional service starting at 10:30 a.m. with bands, cadets, Veterans, community organizations and residents. Indoor Reception following the ceremony at St. Paul University on Main Street starting at 11:45 a.m.
Free parking at St. Paul University.

Veterans’ House Canada will host a Remembrance Day Commemorative Ceremony at the Andy Carswell Building on Tuesday, November 11, at 10:45 a.m.

Our veteran residents will lead the ceremony and oversee the laying of wreaths by community leaders and partner veteran service organizations. This event is open to the public.
