This tree was planted by the landed Dutch emigrants on May 5, 1985, in thankful memory of the Liberation of the Netherlands in 1945 by the Canadian Forces.

The area surrounding the St. Marys Cenotaph was officially named Memorial Park in June 2008 to commemorate the citizens of the community who served, or who will serve.

It is not known when the Second World War Honour Roll was erected in Ilderton United Church. This style of an Honour Roll was designed by A.J. Casson when he worked at Sampson-Matthews, a prominent midtown Toronto lithography and commercial art company.

It is not known when the Acting Sergeant Cyril L. Clemance Plaque was erected in St. George's Anglican Church.

Lucan United Church, located at 142 Main Street in Lucan, was established in 1925, formerly Methodist and Presbyterian. The Methodist Church in Lucan was established in 1862. The Presbyterian Church in Lucan was established in 1867 and was named Ormiston Presbyterian Church in honour of the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of Canada. The Methodist Church and Presbyterian Church united in 1925 to form Lucan United Church, using the Methodist building. The church amalgamated with Granton United Church in 2014 to form Villages United Church.

There is no information on when this Second World War Honour Roll was unveiled at St. Thomas' Granton (Church of England). The church was located on the corner of Queen and Anne Streets in Granton.

There is no information on when the Lieutenant James H. Alp and Private David H. Radcliffe Plaque was unveiled at Granton Methodist Church. Originally built as a Presbyterian Church, this congregation became a United Church in the 1920’s amalgamation of Methodist and Presbyterian Churches.
