Mary Riter Hamilton
Mary Riter Hamilton was a Canadian artist. She travelled to Europe in 1919 to paint the former battlefields of the First World War. Her beautiful painting of poppies blooming on the old front lines of the Somme is featured on one of our Recognition cards.
